1. Introduction Welcome to Simply Connected Systems. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including our consulting services, Simply Mobility SaaS (Software as a Service), and hardware sales. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Consulting Services Simply Connected Systems offers a range of consulting services aimed at connecting forms, systems, and sensors to customer information systems. The specific terms of consulting services, including pricing and conditions for the successful conclusion of projects, will be detailed in each ‘Project Proposal’.

3. Simply Mobility SaaS Simply Mobility is provided on a month-to-month subscription basis. Customers may start or cancel the service at any time. The terms for starting, using, and cancelling Simply Mobility will be governed by this agreement and any other policies provided at the time of subscription.

4. Hardware Sales Hardware items sold by Simply Connected Systems come with a 1-Year Warranty, which covers the repair or replacement of the item, excluding shipping costs, during this period.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Standard hardware can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs, provided it is returned in its original condition.
• Custom hardware can also be returned within 30 days for a refund, less shipping costs and a 30% remanufacturing fee, provided it is returned in its original condition.

6. Payment All transactions with Simply Connected Systems are to be conducted in US Dollars.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
